The men’s ice hockey team swept Yale in the ECAC Quarterfinals this past weekend with plenty of help from sophomore forward Travis St. Denis. St Denis had a 3-point weekend to become this week’s QBSN Athlete of the Week.
St. Denis had a multiple point night in the first game of the series. He scored twice to help the Bobcats to a 6-2 win over Yale, but he wasn’t finished there. He also scored once in the 5-3 victory over Yale to complete the weekend sweep.
The Bobcats move on to the ECAC Semifinals in Lake Placid, N.Y. Quinnipiac faces Colgate Friday night at 7:37 p.m.
