Quinnipiac men’s ice hockey freshman forwards, Jonah and Nathan Renouf, will transfer to Alaska-Anchorage this fall, as confirmed by Chip Malafronte of the New Haven Register.
The Mississauga, Ontario natives played together in the British Columbia Junior Hockey League and the Ontario Junior Hockey League prior to Quinnipiac but neither saw playing time during their freshman seasons.
Quinnipiac’s incoming recruiting class of six freshman is expected to expand to fill the void left by the Renoufs, according to Malafronte.
