Nick Boyd, Photography Manager
Nick Boyd is a 3+1, second-year Journalism major from Poughkeepsie, New York. This year, Boyd will be serving as the first QBSN Photography Manager, who is in charge of organizing and distributing the work of the organization's talented photographers. Boyd is a passionate sports fan and enjoys following, talking about, and playing sports. Boyd's favorite position at QBSN is photography, but he also enjoys commentating on games and writing for the magazine or website. Last year, Boyd got the opportunity to cover Quinnipiac in the MAAC Women's Lacrosse Playoffs at Fairfield University. Boyd is also a Beat Reporter for Q30 Sports and serves as one of the Associate Producers on Q30TV's Sports Paws. Boyd also co-runs independent podcast shows about the National Basketball League and Major League Baseball with fellow QBSN members Ben Rickevicius and Beckett Calkins. Brianna Trachtenberg, Social Media Manager
Brianna Trachtenberg is a second-year Journalism student in the 3+1 Communications Program with a double minor in History and Public Relations. Trachtenberg is from Methuen, Massachusetts, and is a big Boston sports fan. During her first year in QBSN Trachtenberg did a lot of multimedia and writing for games, which included when she did multimedia at Fenway Park for when the Women’s Hockey team competed in Frozen Fenway. Trachtenberg will now serve as one of the Social Media Managers this year. She also is an Associate Producer for Sports Paws and the Vice President for AWSM. Brittney Bronleben, Chairwoman
Brittney Bronleben is a 3+1 Journalism student from Mount Sinai, New York planning on graduating with her bachelor's in 2025 and master's in 2026, She is a huge Brooklyn Nets and college basketball fan. Before serving as Chairwoman, she was a Broadcast Manager for the 2023-24 school year. She loves covering all sports and loves every position QBSN offers. As a first-year, Bronleben broadcasted the Men's Basketball home opener and traveled to Wisconsin to broadcast the Women's Volleyball team in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. She also served as the president of Quinnipiac's chapter of The Alliance of Women in Sports Media (AWSM) and was an Associate Producer for Q30 Television's and QBSN's Bobcat Breakdown. She is also a Beat Reporter for Q30 Sports, covering the Women's Field Hockey and Women's Basketball teams. You can find her on X @BrittBrole11
John Pilato, Editor in Chief
John is a second-year Journalism major in the 3+1 program. He wrote for the magazine last year and wrote in high school classes. He is a New England sports fan, especially the Patriots and Red Sox, as well as the Memphis Grizzlies and Quebec Nordiques. He once met Tukka Rask in a restaurant in Boston.
