Nick Boyd is a 3+1, second-year Journalism major from Poughkeepsie, New York. This year, Boyd will be serving as the first QBSN Photography Manager, who is in charge of organizing and distributing the work of the organization’s talented photographers. Boyd is a passionate sports fan and enjoys following, talking about, and playing sports. Boyd’s favorite position at QBSN is photography, but he also enjoys commentating on games and writing for the magazine or website. Last year, Boyd got the opportunity to cover Quinnipiac in the MAAC Women’s Lacrosse Playoffs at Fairfield University. Boyd is also a Beat Reporter for Q30 Sports and serves as one of the Associate Producers on Q30TV’s Sports Paws. Boyd also co-runs independent podcast shows about the National Basketball League and Major League Baseball with fellow QBSN members Ben Rickevicius and Beckett Calkins.
